o Tailored education sessions are developed to meet identified needs whilst covering key elements of what excellent practice in palliative care for this population looks like

o Teaching is based on adult-learning principles. We meet participants where they are and create an environment which promotes open discussions

o We take on requests to develop specific resources for clinicians

o We form temporary or fixed-term collaborations to achieve outcomes where senior clinical expertise adds value or complements existing teams

o This includes project work, grant applications related to workforce capability in palliative aged care
